I came to a clinic because of pain, and even though I didn't have an appointment, Ms. Esra helped me. She referred me to Prof. Dr. Peker, and I was pleased with her attention and for informing me about everything beforehand. My treatments were done, and I am very satisfied. Thank you.
Hello. I went for root canal treatment and tartar removal. Professor Dr. Peker and his assistant, Elif Hanım, were very helpful. The treatment was painless, comfortable, hygienic, and clean. They provided follow-up care and important advice after the treatment. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you for everything. Have a good day.

Hello i had three crowns placed october 2022 by a 30 something male blonde dentist. He tried to tell me I did not need those crowns, fill-ins in place sufficed, I insisted. Looking back i regretted it. But your clinic was honest, advised me properly, to that I want to say thankyou.

y teeth as number one process that all clinics do nowadays to examine patient teeth. After they drilled holes in my healthy teeth and put the fillings, not in the one I was complaining about. They are upselling and trying to make money but don't care what you need. 4 months later fillings that they put on my teeth started falling out. I had to find another clinic. Prices: On May 15, 2023, for 40 mins doing 7 fillings (that's less than 6 minutes per tooth), they charged me $300, wanted 300 euros, pretending to put fillings on 6, but 7 of my teeth. Protective guard - asked 300 euros while the same exactly guard was offered to me from the other similar dental clinics for 90-100 dollars. Fluoride sensitivity treatment - 100 euros, providing only 2 treatments out of promised 3. It took them 2-3 minutes to apply each time. They wouldn't even try to determine the reasons for my visit, wouldn't listen to the fact that I have pain in one particular tooth. Instead, they made up a list of fillings that I didn't ask for or even needed. Once finished, I was surprised that the main tooth that was giving me the pain has not been treated. Instead, they convinced that 6 other healthy ones that never gave me a pain. When I asked why that bad tooth was not treated, doctor Sandalli realized my concern given earlier on the first day of the visit. He made up a story that he supposed to treat it tomorrow for free that we never discussed on the first day and sounded fishy to me. Professionalism on the lower grade level: They didn't make X-ray to evaluate my situation and to diagnose my only one sensitive tooth situation. Dr. Sandalli diagnosed my teeth on the first day, but when I came to the clinic another day to complete the service, he decided to delegate it to another doctor who was not even aware of what's going on and what she needed to do. He gave her instructions twice so she could understand the scope. She, the doctor with 17 years of experience, who suppose to look at my teeth, got commands from Dr. Sandali what to do and couldn't even determine that one tooth needed to be treated while all others were healthy. It just made me think she is not a doctor and definitely not a professional or is ready to treat healthy teeth so the clinic can earn money. It seemed like she does not even have her own opinion but rather does what is being told to her by Dr. Sandalli. Do not trust him, one of a big liers in the clinic!!! The only receptionist Diana was great and prompt. She kept all appointments on time and responsive!

Dear Rishat, I was so disappointed when I saw your review about the treatment you had at our clinic. The first day when I examined you clinically, you were complaining about the sensitivity of your teeth, and you mentioned that it was impossible to drink or eat cold things. I have shared my diagnosis with you. I have also showed you in the mirror your issue and what type of treatment you should have and the cost of this treatment. 2 x fluor preparation application, 7 porcelain fillings, and a night guard cost €800. You were insistent on bargaining and asking for a discount, and I have granted this and changed the price to $600 from the €800. You signed the patient consent form accepting the treatment plan and the cost and we started the treatment. Here at the clinic we have 5 professors and 7 specialists, specializing in different branches of dentistry at the Istanbul Dental Center. I, as a professor applied your fluor preparations for 2 visits and answered all additional questions you had, and had a great personal communication with you. Later I gave your porcelain fillings administration to one of my Dr. colleagues because she specializes in conservative treatment which I am not. At our clinic each doctor creates and applies the treatment which he or she is specialized in. Your dentist has a 17-year experience in her field of expertise. During your treatment you gave us a very positive feedback and let us know that you were happy with your treatment, and also showed this with making lots of jokes. We let you know that we should delay the 7th filling for the next day after the first 6 fillings were completed, but you refused and asked this filling to be done the same day, and mentioned that you were tired and you wanted it to be finished the same day. So we did, you insisted that we don't charge you for the 7th filling, bargaining with us again, and we have granted your wish yet again. After all of our efforts, our good will, a successful treatment completion, and leaving our clinic content with a smile on your face, you are giving us a 2 star review??? You are making complaints about things which are not true. We do not deserve this treatment from you since none of the things you complained are true. We, here at the Istanbul Dental Center, especially myself and my colleague are extremely disappointed and would appreciate you to tell the truth and take back this wrongful review. We are determined to make sure that each and every patient leaves our clinic happy, and if they are not, we will do everything we can until they are. After agreeing to pay for a treatment, knowing the cost, you are complaining about the price? Dear Rishat, no one forced you to take this treatment, our prices were set and we gave you a huge discount just to make sure you were content. If we are not in your budget, there are plenty of dental clinics which I am sure will be. Why give us a bad review for our prices? As a rule, we do our best not to make mistakes, and if we ever do, we will rectify it without delay, but when we get these attacks, although from a very few patients of ours wrongfully like yourself, we will not stay quiet, and will defend ourselves. Leaving our clinic with a smile and contentment from your treatment, but later making this awful review is unheard of. What we are wondering about is why you didn’t make your complaints when your treatment was completed? We could have fixed any issues and answered any questions you had. Why were you acting so happy with our services when you left? Please feel free to go and ask another dentist for their opinion about your treatment, instead of making your own conclusions, and you will see that what we are merely doing is defending the truth.
