My hotel and transfer were arranged by the clinic. Everything went perfectly. I received a very warm welcome. The interpreter was lovely, as were my dentist and her assistant. I felt very well cared for, which isn't something you'd expect from a dentist. I'll be flying back soon and I'm looking forward to seeing the whole team again.

I highly recommend it! Communication takes place via WhatsApp. You are picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel. For each treatment at the clinic, you are picked up and dropped off by a shuttle. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I am very satisfied with the clinic's service; everything is well-organized, and they try to accommodate and fulfill the patients' wishes. I suffer from anxiety, and this anxiety was alleviated by the end of my treatment. They worked efficiently and cleanly. I would choose Istadental again without hesitation. nd much of what I had been promised beforehand was completely untrue. I felt cheated and mistreated. The dentist was rude, cold, and utterly unempathetic. When I was in pain and desperate, I was laughed at. No one cared about my complaints or tried to take me seriously. To this day, I'm still in pain – a treatment I experienced as physical and emotional torture. This clinic, and especially this dentist, are absolutely unacceptable. I advise everyone to avoid this practice. Never again!
Almost two years and four visits to the clinic. I'm very satisfied with the final result and especially with the work of Dr. Asli and her assistant. Always attentive, very kind, and very empathetic. I would put myself in their hands a thousand times over. A true professional. Thank you for everything! The only negative is the administrative side. In short... highly recommended!

My sister and I visited a dental clinic in Istanbul this past November. We were really looking forward to the trip, but it turned into a dramatic and stressful experience that I personally consider negligent. wns were agreed upon, but other crowns were fitted without any explanation! The cost estimate clearly stated Emax crowns. However, the dentist decided on something different during the initial consultation – without informing us. We only noticed this on the bill three days later, after everything had already been completed. Haste-driven, complete treatment in one day Several teeth were extracted, screws were inserted, and crowns were fitted – all within a single day. My sister was in severe pain and wasn't even able to test beforehand whether the new teeth were properly fitted or felt comfortable. Little empathy. Doctors seemed annoyed and impatient. We felt like a nuisance. The only positive thing was the translator – friendly, clear, and helpful. Otherwise: no patience, no understanding. In Germany, my sister was told that parts of the treatment were not correct from the doctor's perspective. This confirmed our bad feeling. The next drama: alleged "partner practice" in Frankfurt. In Istanbul, they act as if the same clinic also had a location in Frankfurt. We were led to believe that there was a direct partner practice and that everything would continue seamlessly. But in Frankfurt, the doctor explained to us that this wasn't true and that he wasn't actually affiliated with this clinic. Then in Germany, every message involved a different person. Clear lines of responsibility? Non-existent. It was extremely difficult for us to even get an appointment. Responses came late or not at all. At times, we felt like we were only getting excuses. Our personal impression: As soon as the money was paid in Istanbul, they couldn't care less about my sister's subsequent well-being. The clinic in Frankfurt wasn't much help either. My sister went there, and the clinic claimed they would contact Istanbul. Later, it turned out that wasn't true. We felt abandoned there as well. In my opinion, they simply didn't care about my sister's health after the treatment. This is our personal experience, and for us, it was devastating, disappointing, and extremely emotionally draining. We felt poorly cared for, misinformed, and completely abandoned after the treatment.
The staff are generally nice, but unexpected costs keep cropping up, such as "special" fillings, etc.
