Upon entering, I was given a consent form for an X-ray without even asking if it was necessary. The consultation was perfunctory, and the consultant made me feel like I should know everything myself. They charged me 200 PLN for a few-minute visit, and I left feeling like I wasted both time and money.

appointment terrified because I'd had bad experiences at previous clinics, but after my first visit with Dr. Magdalena, I went to every subsequent appointment with a smile on my face! My treatment lasted a year, and everything had to be done perfectly and properly, and for that, I'm grateful to the entire staff! There was no rush! During the visit, the person conducting the consultation seemed completely disinterested. During the conversation, she adjusted her greasy hair, examined her nails, and didn't make eye contact. I felt disrespected. Furthermore, unprofessional language was used (e.g., comparing it to a "house that's full of crap"), which, in the context of a medical consultation, felt out of place. I wasn't given clear instructions on the next steps of treatment, which doctor I should see, or what the entire process entailed. I had to ask myself basic questions: who was performing the procedure, where to begin, and the costs. I was also promised a cost estimate within a few days, but a week and a half has passed and I still haven't received it. I paid 200 PLN for a consultation, from which I gained virtually no concrete information or a plan of action. I left feeling like I wasted my time and money. Given the clinic's reputation, I expected a much higher level of professionalism.

Dr. Szajnar created such a crown for me that dentists can't tell the difference between it and a tooth. Complete professionalism, with the patient at the center. And the visits are so intense that you'll want to smile, but you're lying in the chair. ;) I highly recommend her!

After completing the treatment, I was supposed to continue with the following steps: β recession treatment, β surgical crown lengthening, β bonding, β and then retainers. At this stage, the clinic effectively interrupted my treatment. Despite repeated attempts to schedule an appointment, I was not offered any appointments. I was only told that "the surgeon is a long way off," to which I fully agreed and requested any available appointment. To this day, I have not been scheduled for anything. My email with questions about the next steps only received a confirmation of receipt. The promised contact "by the end of the week" never materialized. Since then, communication from the clinic has ceased completely. Currently: β I have a posterior open bite, β I have recessions, β I have developed strain on my masticatory muscles after Invisalign, β I don't have retainers because they were supposed to be installed after further treatments. I am forced to use my old aligners to maintain any stability. The most unprofessional aspect of the entire situation is that after a long and expensive treatment, the process was interrupted without any follow-up, a suggested date, or answers to the patient's questions. In terms of organization and communication, the entire process is at a level that is difficult to consider acceptable. Two stars solely for the hygiene, which is truly of a very high standard at this clinic. The hygienists are exceptionally kind, thorough, and dedicated. That's the only aspect that deserves recognition. I suggest you think twice before choosing this clinic. For me it's a waste of time and money.
A wonderful, professional, young, and beautiful team of specialists. An incredible atmosphere that can only be created by people who work with pleasure and in a place they love. As for the dental treatment process itself, I was 100% satisfied and 0% stressed.
