I tried to schedule a cleaning today through my insurance plan, but due to a system error, I couldn't access my profile. Good afternoon Ms. Maria Almeida, we regret that there was a setback regarding your appointment this morning. The plan's website was experiencing problems, and for that reason, we were unable to issue the authorization to perform your cleaning. In fact, your authorization was issued as soon as their website was back online, around 2 PM. Regarding the issue of private care, there is a situation where plan patients, in a situation like this, agreed to have the procedure done privately and then informed the plan that we performed the cleaning in that way. Then they requested reimbursement from the plan, causing us problems. In any case, your authorization has already been issued, and we have already contacted you via WhatsApp to carry out the procedure. We are waiting for your reply.
