Spectacular service at reception and when confirming your appointment. Before entering the office, you go through an X-ray, which is free of charge, before heading to the consultation room. On the financial side, they have several payment plans that allow any client to realize their dream. Go and see for yourself, like I did, and stop suffering from inadequate treatment.

professionals, let alone the professionals at the Siguimi Tanigute Institute, who treat us – ALL of them (reception, radiography, finance, dentistry, marketing, maintenance, etc.) – with the HIGHEST LEVELS OF EXCELLENCE I could wish for; and I am extremely demanding! What a joy to see how much the clinic has grown since Dr. Siguimi extracted my four wisdom teeth 24 years ago! The four "troublemakers" were gone in 20 minutes, without me having an ounce of swelling, much less any serious complications. Today I have complete trust not only in him, but also in every professional on this spectacular team he has built. Besides being extraordinary in their respective areas of expertise, they are also HUMAN BEINGS, the kind that are a pleasure to meet – something I consider, unfortunately, so rare! One detail in particular caught my attention: no one introduced themselves to me saying “my name is ‘doctor’ so-and-so,” but rather “my name is Rosane/Daniela/Liza,” and so on. For me, this “detail” reveals a lot about who people really are. Far from wanting to diminish the training of each person, which is clearly essential for practicing their professions, it is for them, as truly human beings, that I have respect and admiration; not for their titles. Because I have a peculiar sensitivity to pain and external stimuli (sounds, lights, aromas, textures) and, above all, a horrendous trauma from dental environments, being “in that” chair is always a Herculean challenge for me. Here, every professional who attended to me treated me with excellence, both technically and humanly. They all welcomed me with gentleness, sensitivity, patience, care, empathy, respect, and affection; they warned me about moments when there would be noise and spared me the knowledge of when certain procedures would actually begin – these “non-warnings” were consciously chosen to reduce my emotional suffering; besides being intelligent, it was a decision of unparalleled sensitivity! While in other places I heard things like “a person this size afraid of needles?”, here, in the looks, gestures, and attitudes of each doctor and assistant, I experienced the embodiment of the words I heard from Dr. Daniela Facure, words I will carry with me for the rest of my life: “I don’t want you to hold onto the pain.” Finally, I could write paragraphs and paragraphs of praise, but I will simply state that being treated at the Siguimi Tanigute Institute means being treated as a human being in all aspects of our complexity, not as mere dollar signs, and I leave here my deepest gratitude for everything that everyone at this institute has done for me!
