Super professional and attentive, they saved my life after an accident in which I lost my four front teeth. I arrived with my gums completely deformed and left with the hope that I can have my smile back. Dr. Marcelo and Dr. Leonardo, thank you for the good fortune of seeing you on December 8th, 2023. Terrible experience. I simply had to cancel the appointment because when I arrived at the scheduled time, I discovered there were three people ahead of me to be seen, and there wasn't even a place to sit. If each person receives a minimally decent appointment of about 20 minutes each, that would add up to (at least) an hour's wait for me to be seen. I understand that unforeseen events can…

happen, but the least they could do is inform patients. In my case, I had already adjusted my day for this (work, child, and other things), and it was all for nothing. It's important to say that the receptionist was polite, and I had no problems with the service; my issue was the dentists' lack of respect for other people's schedules. In short, I canceled the appointment, and I hope others don't go through the same experience I did.
A TIP FOR YOU ALL: WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING DR. MARCELO SAYS AND SAVE IT SO YOU CAN FILE A LAWSUIT LATER. HE LIES ALL THE TIME, ALWAYS TRYING TO TAKE MORE MONEY FROM THE PATIENT. HE DIDN'T FULFILL ANY OF THE AGREED-UPON PROPOSALS. A CROOK OF THE WORST KIND.

Terrible experience with this dental clinic. About a year ago, I paid for a pivot tooth, but the fixation structure didn't work, and to this day the clinic hasn't contacted me to deliver the service. I don't recommend them; they don't care at all about the customer journey.
