This was my second visit, and I received excellent service. The staff were super polite, and Dr. Aliny was wonderful. I felt very comfortable. I'm extremely satisfied and ready for the next step.

Simply awful. Some professionals have no commitment to the client when it comes to dental plans. They made me travel 170 kilometers on a date and when I arrived they said it was canceled without informing me. Last week they started a root canal on one tooth, I returned today, November 19th, 2025, and they told me that my plan doesn't cover the crowns they offer at the clinic. My tooth is open…

open and if I want to finish the treatment I have to pay them privately or find another clinic that works with the crowns covered by the plan. A very unpleasant situation, which I wouldn't wish on anyone. Especially since I'm currently unable to continue privately. I gave it 1 star because otherwise I can't make this post.

Hello! We sincerely regret the experience you described. This is not the quality of service we strive to offer, and we fully understand how frustrating this situation was, especially considering the distance traveled and the fact that you were in the middle of treatment. Regarding the unannounced cancellation, this was an isolated communication error, and we are already reinforcing our internal protocols to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the endodontic treatment and crown, each dental plan has its own coverage rules, and unfortunately, some plans do not cover certain types of prostheses.
