They were terrible. They tried to convince me to have a super expensive procedure. I went to two other dentists to compare prices, and both said I didn't need the procedure, that it was a very simple case to treat.

Hello ………, we checked your treatment plan and noticed that a root canal retreatment was requested for your case. This was the opinion of our specialist (who we are proud to say is one of the best professionals in the state) and we followed his instructions as usual. Obviously, diagnosis is one of the most challenging aspects of healthcare, and dentistry is no different. Therefore, it is possible that each professional has a different line of reasoning. We reiterate our commitment to excellence and continue to respect differences of opinion among professionals, as well as the freedom of choice of each patient to continue with the team that brings them the most comfort.
Terrible! Twice I tried to come to this place, even with a terrible toothache, and couldn't get seen. They must only serve friends, that's the only explanation...

tooth, which was the priority, okay! I thought it was very expensive and I wasn't going to close the deal. Time passed, this week I asked for the price of the bruxism splints (which she recommended) and THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME, saying that it's been 6 months since the evaluation! Tremendous lack of respect for the client, they tell me to get an evaluation, I get it, they agree to send the prices via WhatsApp and then they don't, I ask for the price and they don't give it, telling me to get another evaluation, respect for the patient was nowhere to be found. A fear of giving prices, I've never seen anything like it, the doctor already said that I need to use a splint, what is the price to make the splint? I called several clinics and they all quoted the price for making the plate, but now you can't tell me? Especially since you yourselves recommended it. I feel like an idiot for trusting you, I missed the entire first half of the World Cup game because I trusted you to go to this evaluation that I thought was important.
Without a doubt, one of the best dental clinics in Campo Grande/MS, with excellent professionals working in all specialties. I have been receiving treatment there for over a year and I only have gratitude to express, and not only me but my daughter also received dental treatment at the clinic. I highly recommend it.
