! She was very attentive, charismatic, and an excellent professional. She explained all the necessary procedures and then began the treatment. With her care and professionalism, she managed to relieve my pain quickly. Afterwards, we will continue with the other procedures. Dr. Carol is an extremely dedicated, efficient, and welcoming professional. 🥰 Her expertise, high qualifications, combined with a human, serious, and proactive approach, gave me complete confidence during the root canal treatment. The pain simply disappeared! The procedure was performed with professionalism, calmness, and great competence, making everything very easy and peaceful. Dr. Carol created a welcoming environment with soft music in the background, which made me feel at home and completely at ease. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. I recently had a tooth restoration done. Less than a week later, the restoration came loose. However, I had mentioned during the procedure that I felt a cracking sound when biting down on the paper (I think it's called carbon paper) used to check where the resin was adhering to the tooth. d another procedure done (same tooth), but exactly two weeks later, the resin came loose again. I understand that if it had been due to chewing something like popcorn or candy, etc., this would have been a problem caused by me, but that wasn't the case. I don't know if it's the quality of the material used or the dentist's technique, but this was the result.
