in 3 months for your crown to be placed. We will call you." Up to this point, everything was normal. I was supposed to be called in early July, but no one called. When August arrived and no one called, I contacted them myself and was given an appointment for August 19th. I was told the doctor only worked at the clinic on Wednesdays. My first appointment was cancelled because the doctor was supposedly going elsewhere. After that, I regularly scheduled appointments every Wednesday. My appointment in the second week of September was cancelled, allegedly because the doctor had gone abroad. Then, I was informed about an appointment that was created without my knowledge. I told them I had an appointment for the 21st. Today, September 19th, 2022, I was called and informed that my Wednesday appointment, originally scheduled for 5:30 PM, had been moved to 4 PM by the doctor. When I said I couldn't come and that I was suffering, they asked, "Then can you come today at 7:30 PM?" I said I could. Then I received another call asking if I could come at 5:30 PM. Today, I went to the clinic at 5:30 PM. They said the price I had agreed upon, 2000 TL, was now 2500 TL. I showed them my documents. In conclusion, the reason for the 6-month delay is not my fault, and I shouldn't have to be affected by price increases. My tooth was fitted, and everything seems fine. No patient deserves to be kept waiting this long. I don't even plan to go near them again. Thank you.

I haven't changed Infinity Clinic for 2 years. They do an excellent tartar cleaning. I am very satisfied. They go into great detail without causing bleeding in the gums. The orthodontist was very helpful.
