l principles of healthcare professions. Therefore, I have chosen to remove the previous review, prioritizing the preservation of the patient's privacy. Even so, I consider it important to respectfully record the discomfort experienced throughout the entire process. From the initial contact via WhatsApp, there was difficulty in obtaining clear information. The attendant refused to provide any information that could give us an idea or range of prices. Again: we were not asking for any exact price because we understand the importance of an initial assessment; however, just as they gave us a list of immediate prices at the end of the consultation, this list could have been sent at the beginning of the treatment! Therefore, the patient can go to the first appointment already having an idea of what the average minimum cost will be. The evaluation with the professional was well done; he was very explanatory and answered all questions. However, after the consultation ended, the subsequent approach had a predominantly commercial character, focusing on more expensive options (with the classic: "this option is the international and most technological, but also the most expensive, which one do you want to choose, considering it's your life and your health?"). The prices ranged from R$2900.00 to R$4900 for implants, R$2300.00 to R$3900 for crowns, plus R$2000.00 for service. In other words, the total cost ranged from R$7200.00 to R$10800.00, understanding that the service cost can vary in different cases. However, the patient reported feeling pressured to close the deal right then and there, through the promise of better payment options if he decided immediately. But because he wanted to discuss the option with other people he trusted, he didn't want to complete the payment right then and there. And this was probably interpreted as rudeness (remembering that he was also in a lot of pain, which may have affected his mood). Again, we would like to state that, because of this, we did not feel well received. I emphasize that this report aims only to record a real experience, in a responsible and respectful manner, contributing to reflection on healthcare service and communication practices.

l consultation/evaluation already knowing that the treatment will cost "at least" XYZ... then we can schedule the initial consultation or not. But here at Implart they charged 160 reais for the initial evaluation, but they said that only the dentist has access to the prices (even if only the preliminary ones) on the day of the evaluation. What impression did I get? In addition to evaluating my dental arch and the exams I brought, they also asked a lot of personal questions... and with that it seems like they want to know our purchasing power before giving a price. The initial plan was changed on the first day at the clinic, after all the exams were done on-site, with results and decisions made quickly. I fully trusted Dr. Roberto's recommendation, which differed from other opinions I had received before. The chosen option was perfect, as I kept my teeth as natural as possible. The procedure took four weeks, with independent immediate-load implants. The surgery and recovery phase was faster than I expected, and the aesthetic phase was laborious, due to the meticulousness and care that Drs. Myara and Jacione, and Renato provided. Each procedure went smoothly and painlessly, from the initial examination to its conclusion, with excellent results.
