pay. The temporary ones were placed on Friday and I'm due back on Saturday morning. I'm returning in June 2025 for the permanent ones. Same story. I arrive on Monday and they take the temporary ones out and leave me without teeth until Friday when they put in the permanent ones. I have my flight back on Saturday morning. The permanent ones are fixed dentures, complete with gums where food builds up, horrible. It's not over. In December 2025, a molar in the upper arch breaks. I contacted them and they tell me they want photos. I did that too, and they replied, "We'll do everything in one day." I booked 3 days in January 2026 (hotel, flight, and taxi at my expense). I arrived and the doctor told me that nothing could be done, the entire arch had to be replaced. Okay, so I booked 1 week in February, as they said (hotel, flight, and taxi at my expense). I arrived on Monday and they removed the old arch. Moral of the story: On Wednesday, they told me that nothing could be done and everything was postponed until the next week. After an argument, they told me that on Friday they would be ready. From 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, waiting to be called. They gave me the final, quickly made braces and on Saturday morning I took off again. Moral of the story: After 15 days, my entire arch fell off. I reported everything to the clinic with photos and they replied: "I'm so sorry." Be wary of these people who ruin your life and the guarantee is a piece of paper that is worthless. Stay away from these people. There are clinics in Tirana that do better work.
