I'm very pleased with the results of my treatment with Dr. Koralewicz. The procedures were painless and performed with great care. Furthermore, she is very kind and friendly. I highly recommend her.

I highly recommend them! The highest level of service and excellent customer service. The entire team deserves recognition, from the assistants to the dentists. I would especially recommend Dr. Magdalena Koralewicz – a true professional and very patient-friendly woman – thanks to her, I have a beautiful smile.

Update 2023 - I have got a very upsetting experience attended by Dr. Sylwii Wolak. She made a bad injection in my gum, and the tissue got dead in that place followed by the pain. The worst is that I was pointing to the unusual pain during the injection, and for the problem 2 days later, but she was not able to admit her mistake and another doctor had to clean up for her. professional but I DO NOT recommend Dr. Sylwii Wolak. _________________________________ I think it is one of the best, or even the best dental clinic in Krakow. I have made quite a search before to choose this one. But they give no chance not to choose, as despite all others they always have a very short appointment, always having a slot for you, receptionist is smiling and welcoming, but they have a standard and all follow it, in terms of reminders of appointment, setting up them, invitation to the hall. They treat you as a customer, which I like. I have chosen them as they offer all-in-one services. Dr Ewelina Czernilewska has developed a great treatment plan and presented it to me and my husband in English. She and Dr. Agata Heflich – Sala were doing my treatment, very precise. I do recommend them very much. They don't have in-house Invisalign, but they cooperate with one doctor, and due to Znany doktor website she is one of the best in Krakow - Agata Pardus. For me my dental health is crucial, and I have had a lot to do, and still couple of years to go. It is worth to invest to avoid problems in 10-20 years. The environment of the clinic is very nice, relaxing, you feel treated well. Not like they offer you coffee or tea, at least nice waiting room with music. I would still recommend developing a loyalty program for customers with some points and discounts!

I've went to this clinic multiple times, some of the dentist seemed completely new in what they were doing, most of the visits were alright besides different opinions on treatment plans for certain teeth. e had a canal treatment of my tooth with a different dentist, when trying to put on a dental dam on my tooth her hand was unstable or didn't have the right tool for the job and she kept trying to use a lot of force in order to do that, on her second to last attempt the dental dam clamp (Forceps with a spring) slipt from her hand releasing the spring tension and nearly shattering my tooth. (Luckily I was already under local anesthesia) After about almost an hour of drilling and doing the proper treatment for the root canal which was painful regardles of the local anesthesia I had to get an xray to see the progress of her work, she didn't do it properly so we headed back and repeated the process of canal treatment (still painful) and she closed my tooth up with filling to get another X-ray and to realize that she had to drill it once more and do some final touches on it, (more canal treatment) but this time she explained to me that during our first canal treatment her canal treatment needle broke and a tip of it was stuck in the root of my tooth which explains while I was in pain during the treatment. After all of this I finally had the butchers work completed. At the end I was told I'd have to visit them again in case the piece of tool in my tooth would start causing issues as I might lose it if not treated, they would not cover this treatment even though it was caused by the dentist actions. The tooth now is very dispropotional to the same one on the opposite side + there is a noticable crack between my real tooth and the filling which was not placed properly. Although having 1 great dentist I'd love to have till the rest of my life the whole clinic receives a bad review from me as having an untrained dentist and lack of any apology from their side is in my opinion unnacceptable. Ms. Jolanta Kopeć we should have more dentists like you.
I have been a patient of IMPLANTIS for many years and have already recommended this place to many people :) the doctors have extensive knowledge in their field, a TOP approach to the client and even during a check-up at another office (ortho) I received positive comments about the changes in my teeth :)

After waiting 20 minutes for my appointment (it was supposed to start at 3:45 PM), I asked the receptionist how long the wait would be. I was told, "It's hard to say." I think it's a waste of time and a disrespectful treatment of patients. I highly recommend Implantis in Krakow, especially because the doctors are friendly, capable, and always committed to treatment. I'm incredibly grateful for the help I received at this clinic. From the moment you walk in, you'll be treated with exceptional service. The receptionist is incredibly polite and cheerful. They'll take care of any issues right there. I highly recommend them.

I often felt stressed and terrified in the chair. I immediately told the doctor that I had terrible memories of working with previous dental offices. He knew how to approach me and how to care for me. The first follow-up appointment was gentle and calm. He placed a filling that day. Zero pain, not even any swelling. I know I will continue my treatment here.

The doctor literally saved my life! I came in with a terrible toothache and I honestly thought I couldn't bear the excruciating pain. What he did for me deserves a huge round of applause. First of all, he calmed me down and gave me an anesthetic. Then he got to work and extracted the tooth that was no longer usable. Thanks!!

A childhood dream come true – a visit to the dentist without a shred of pain. A very professional approach to the patient, everything clean, elegant, and modern. I highly recommend it.
Unfortunately, I don't recommend it. I made an appointment to have a wisdom tooth removed. Before my appointment, I was called and asked if I could arrive half an hour early. me in the upper third with an instrument. I ran my tongue over my teeth to check if everything was okay. The doctor, angrily, said the teeth were intact. Unfortunately, they weren't. The next day, I noticed the wisdom tooth was chipped. I took her to the dentist, but unfortunately, there was nothing they could do about it besides grinding it down. I believe that for that kind of money, they should offer a much higher standard of patient care. Fortunately, the wound healed without any problems.
