I had my treatment at the clinic and was seen by Dr. Juliana. I appreciated her friendliness and the personalized care she provided. I will schedule an appointment with her again.
I'm a patient, and I'm having a lot of trouble rescheduling my appointment for a new time. I call and no one answers, I send messages via WhatsApp, they see them but don't reply. If they can't reply, they don't even read the message. I've been trying to contact the clinic for 3 days now, and they still haven't responded.
