When I actually moved to Almería (still in Spain and on the Iberian Peninsula), they completely washed their hands of the matter. There were no shipments, no solutions, no interest. Only silence and evasive answers. The treatment ceased to matter to them the moment they had secured payment. The only way they would even attend to me was by traveling specifically to Valencia, wasting time, money, and patience, because this clinic was incapable—or simply unwilling—to offer a minimally convenient or professional solution. The worst part isn't the money, but the feeling of utter abandonment. A long, expensive, and delicate treatment shouldn't depend on the patient chasing the clinic for attention. That's not bad luck: it's poor customer service. They sell security and support, but as soon as the slightest problem arises, they completely wash their hands of it. If you're thinking of starting treatment here, ask yourself a very simple question: what will happen after you've paid and you're the one who needs answers? In my case, the answer was clear: nothing. PS: You don't even need to bother replying to the review. Your behavior speaks for itself.

In your specific case, several sets of splints were delivered so that you could continue with the phase of treatment that can be done remotely. However, there are clinical procedures—such as in-person check-ups and the placement of attachments—that, for safety and due to professional recommendations, must necessarily be performed in the office. This is not a matter of unwillingness, but rather of healthcare responsibility and quality of care. We understand that travel can be inconvenient, and we always try to provide alternatives within what is clinically feasible, but there are parts of the treatment that cannot be performed remotely without compromising the outcome.
