the person who made the crown didn't notice this, as it's clearly visible on the x-ray; even a layperson would notice. So I had the root canal done and returned to have the crown redone, and it fell out again. The work was so poorly done that it fell out three times, and he tried to blame the endodontist. Not to mention the lack of ethics; he kept scheduling and rescheduling appointments to accommodate new clients. And the last time, Alfredo Nelli, the owner of the clinic, started remaking the crown. He scheduled it for cementation almost a month later. The secretary confirmed the appointment the day before, and the day after, he sent a message canceling, saying the crown wasn't ready and that the secretary would contact me to reschedule. I simply expressed my regret for the time I had already waited, and he retorted with rude messages, then deleted them and blocked me. I only asked him to be more professional. Finally, he told me to find another professional. The thing is, of the R$1,300.00 I paid, he didn't refund anything so I could find another professional. In nine months, he dropped out three times. And I paid above average, as other clinics would have charged around R$800.00/R$900.00. Attached are an x-ray of the tooth that should have had a root canal from the beginning, and the deleted conversation. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone! One star is too much.

I am very sorry for your dissatisfaction, which unfortunately does not correspond to the reality of the facts. Your dental unit was compromised due to your lack of care and/or hygiene. We gave you the option of performing a root canal and a full crown or attempting to save your tooth, with the risk of needing to do what we had recommended in the future. However, due to financial reasons, you opted for the more conservative treatment, and that is what we did. Unfortunately, your dental unit could not withstand it, and it was necessary to perform the treatment initially proposed. However, you also decided, due to financial reasons, to have the root canal treatment done by another professional, and due to the wear and tear, your tooth became even more fragile. I am very sorry that you are the only dissatisfied patient we have. We have been in the market for 36 years, and have no administrative proceedings with the council, which demonstrates that 99.99% of our patients are absolutely satisfied with our excellent service. If you are interested, we can still perform our services, so that you can be part of the vast majority of our patients.
