A disaster on every level. I've wasted time and money. Now I'm at another dentist getting my implants done. As for the whitening, knowing that someone has yellow teeth due to bistacycline in childhood—something any informed dentist would know—they played dumb and charged me for a whitening treatment that did absolutely nothing, except... money, money! . Outraged, what more can I say? And now I'm having the damage they did repaired at another dentist, a decent and honest one. Charging me, of course! I won't continue because the list would be long. Well, they're all so lucky and happy! My son recently came from Madrid, they did a cleaning and "fixed" a front tooth; he'd bumped it and had a small hole. Well, he has to do it again because the repair didn't last and his tooth is broken again! Absolutely shoddy work. Not just the money, but especially the wasted time!

I asked for a presupuesto. They made me go there and waisted 1.5 hours of my life to tell me nothing, saig they will send me the budget for everything. Never heard back from them. Btw, when you make the first appointment, they even ask for passport number, adress, email, everything. They say cannot make the appointment if you don't give them these details. Very bad treatment, especially from the worker Rebeca, when you cancel a shift due to force majeure, lack of professionalism in general and poor hygiene.

This is my first time with a permanent dentist. They always make it easy for me to receive treatments with the best facilities in a prime location next to a shopping center where parking is easy, with three hours of free parking, and with the best professionals in each area.

We took our 4-year-old daughter to the dentist for a cavity treatment. We warned them that she gets restless and fidgety, and asked if they had sedation available if needed. They said yes, they didn't think it was necessary, but that they had sedation available if she wouldn't cooperate. Well, they wasted our time and made our daughter feel awful. Dear Carmina, Our clinic offers comprehensive services in Dentistry/Stomatology, Anesthesia, and Resuscitation, and is registered with the Valencian Community's Regional Registry of Health Centers, Services, and Establishments (registration number 15270) under the Conselleria de Sanitat (Ministry of Health) of the Valencian Government. We are very sorry that we were unable to treat your daughter without sedation, as we do with most children. We offered you the option of seeing her on another day, following our standard protocol, by scheduling a new appointment via telephone in the afternoon. We also referred you to another clinic specializing in complex cases, completely separate from ours, for the child's well-being. Our intention was never to waste your time or cause your daughter any distress. By the way, we do not charge for initial visits or visits where no treatment is performed.
