During this process, I felt very relaxed thanks to Beyza Hanım, and the extraction process concluded with her help. Beyza Hanım is a very high-quality employee; her smiling face, sincerity, approach, and mastery of her work and situations are exceptional. She helped me calm down. I found myself laughing heartily with her even when I was very stressed. After the procedure, she inquired about my condition. I wanted to share my appreciation for her care and support through your platform as well. I am very pleased to have progressed through this process step by step with her. I consider both your institution and myself very fortunate in this respect. Thank you again, Ms. Beyza. This was my first visit to Impladent. I am pregnant and have a very sensitive stomach. I felt safe at every stage of the process. Nurse Arzu's smiling face and calm demeanor made the process even more comfortable. She was truly supportive, recognizing that a person's psychological well-being is just as important as the procedure itself. I would especially like to thank my doctor, Bedrettin Süleyman HATAY, for his meticulous and attentive work. Before the procedure, he carefully listened to my concerns, patiently explained and addressed my anxieties, and kept me informed at every stage. He placed my retainer wire with great care, minimizing discomfort. I achieved a result that was both aesthetically pleasing and functionally satisfying, giving me confidence. After that, we started clear aligner treatment. It's been a year and a half now. There's been significant improvement and correction in his jaw and teeth. Our treatment continues, and hopefully the result will be satisfactory for both us and Dr. Özay. I will share my comments again when the treatment is finished.
