The consultation staff were very enthusiastic, and the doctor was gentle and attentive. I'm quite afraid of pain when it comes to dental work, but the doctor reassured me and performed the procedure carefully, so I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the treatment.

The clinic is good, clean, and the service is excellent. I can't believe that after a dental check-up, my teeth are whiter and brighter than my conscience would suggest. I highly recommend it to everyone in Hanoi to visit at least once.

The dental services at IMED are excellent; tooth extractions are painless and don't cause swelling, and the orthodontic treatment is top-notch. The dentists are all gentle and provide excellent service.
Oki Clinic, I had my braces fitted and the result is much better than before. Although it couldn't be 100% improved due to my body's condition, I'm very grateful to the doctors and staff for their wholehearted support :D The last time I visited (around 2022), the receptionist was quite questionable, but it has improved a lot since then. r improvement: appointment reminders. The clinic has a reminder tool on Zalo, but I don't find it very effective. The clinic has also doubled in size; it's spacious and comfortable inside.

Our whole family is using the clinic's services and we are very satisfied. The clinic is clean and beautiful, the doctors are highly professional and friendly. My kids love it.
The doctor is caring and gives regular check-ups. While waiting, there are coloring pages, comic books, phone chargers, drinks, candy, and comfortable seats for a good nap. The staff are all cute and lovely.

The dentists were gentle and thorough during the examination. The anesthesia was not painful at all, unlike the reviews I'd seen; I didn't even notice when the two teeth were extracted. There was minimal swelling and pain afterward, and I'll definitely recommend them to more friends.
The psychologists are kind and enthusiastic. My two children have been working here for a long time. The doctors are always caring and gentle with the children.
