Excellent! The staff are committed to providing efficient service, the clinic is excellent, organized, clean, and beautiful, and they even offer complimentary coffee and water to clients! Truly exceptional! I love it!

Juliana and the gentleman at the door provide excellent service! They are super kind!! 10 out of 10!! You can see they do the job willingly. , especially the lying-down ones, because she has a lung problem and needs them whenever necessary! And she does them calmly! The professionals engage her and prepare the environment! I believe that preparing the environment (putting up stickers or child-friendly elements, film, or even a separate pediatric booth would be something to consider!) since she attends to children... and having a professional with more vocation for pediatric care. She didn't explain the procedure to me! What the steps would be. She just said, "Put the bag there and sit here," and sat with her on her lap, she didn't explain anything!!! She started performing the exam, and then she started saying that she wouldn't be able to do the other exam because she has to bite and stuff... and that children are more difficult to do this type of exam on, and she wouldn't even try! That she would only do one, which is where she was feeling pain, since she knew the other one wouldn't work! She only tried because I said I wanted to try. I asked if there was a way to do it differently, and she said no, and then left the room. Look, I believe what really saved my visit was the kindness and good service! From Juliana at reception!! Otherwise... I certainly wouldn't recommend any pediatric patient to your clinic. In fact, I would recommend it, but I would tell them to stay away from this "professional". It may be that other professionals at your clinic are different and really have a vocation and know how to conduct pediatric care. But because of her, unfortunately, I wouldn't go back.
