I went on a trip and got a terrible toothache. This was the nearest dental clinic, and to my surprise, even though they weren't my regular dentist, they managed to stop the pain. Efficient, effective, and very professional, plus they were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

An acquaintance recommended Dr. Iliev to me, who immediately responded with the most accurate diagnosis and treatment plan and replacing the old metal-ceramic bridge that was made 1 to Goeter, with zirconium crowns, everything was done like a textbook, in negative time. The doctor, in addition to being a professional, is also a great guy. Long live the Doctor.

It's a shame that such people turn patients away from good specialists and leave bad impressions on them. Edit after response from the manager: After publishing my review, I received a public response, which unfortunately does not address the manner of communication, but contains qualifications and suggestions about my personal attitude towards health. This further confirms my initial impression. Dr. Iliev, nowhere did I insist on a "full initial examination", but on a short consultation to see if one was needed. The difference between the two was obviously not explained in a clear and respectful manner during the conversation. Comments about my personal attitude towards health, where I live or the time I have are inappropriate and outside the professional tone expected of a medical institution. My review concerns the manner of communication. Public qualifications and suggestions about the personality or "attitude towards health" of a person with whom there was no medical appointment are inappropriate and unprofessional. Such an approach could turn off any potential patient. I wish you a peaceful evening and happy holidays.

Ms. Bachvarova, I am the manager of the clinic and was present at the phone conversation that upset you so much. I can say, and it is also recorded from the camera, that the colleague patiently and respectfully explained to you that there is no free hour before the New Year, but you are welcome after that. Where do you live and how long should such a responsible and thorough examination last (according to you, 2-3 minutes🙄) is simply frivolous and unnecessary information, which shows your own attitude towards your health. The primary examination, during which you can express your concerns, lasts much longer - the patient is thoroughly examined extra- and intraorally, special attention is paid to the bite, the mucous membranes in the mouth, the general condition and strength of the teeth, as well as the mucous membrane are examined. Additional questions are often asked to clarify the causes of the deformation. The functionality of the dentition is checked, which often requires the patient to perform some tests related to opening and closing the mouth. The necessary radiographs for the diagnosis are ordered (most often orthopantomography, profile teleradiography, CBCT or others). If the deformation requires it, consultations with specialists in other areas of dental medicine are arranged - surgeon, implantologist, periodontist, prosthodontist, therapist, or another medical specialist. There was no way we could ignore the other patients' hours and make them wait to do all this, just because you decided that you required such a serious consultation right away, at the last minute before the holidays, at the expense of the other, more predictable, responsible and respectful patients of the clinic. I am extremely satisfied with the services of the clinic and especially with Dr. Iliev. Attentive, precise and with a very good and professional attitude. Although I don't like going to the dentist, he managed to put me at ease and I trusted him. Thank you for everything you did for me!
Today I went with my wife for an Airflow teeth cleaning at Dr. Alina Varhulyak - everything went great. The doctor is attentive, works neatly and very carefully. The clinic is modern and tidy, with a pleasant atmosphere. It is convenient that there is an underground parking lot opposite. I made an appointment on the day of the visit! The price is 360 leva for two. I recommend it.
I do not recommend this clinic! Iliev is completely incompetent as a dentist! He filled a healthy tooth, but did not react at all to the tooth with the problem, damaged the gum. Alina Varkhulyak is listed on the website as a doctor, but she did not even cope with the task of a doctor's assistant (she was constantly choking on saliva and blood). Today I visited Dr Iliev and was amazed about how professional the dental office can be. Starting from reception, scheduling, taking on time appointments and, the service, the treatment.
