Guillermo, they also guided me through the start of my clear aligner treatment, which is very similar to Invisalign but much more affordable. I’m already seeing great results, and what I appreciate the most is that the entire team is incredibly kind and attentive. They constantly check in on my progress and are always open to answering any questions I have. Dr. Guillermo was especially helpful, taking the time to address every concern I had. I’m very happy with the care and service I received. I highly recommend Ideal Dental, and I’ll definitely be sending my friends and family here. I’ll also be posting pictures as I reach more advanced stages of my aligner treatment!

Mainly, their ethics when providing a quote, their professionalism, as they are very respectful specialists, and their honesty, ensuring consistency from the beginning of a treatment to its completion. And the guarantee on the treatments is very important to me, as it makes me feel safe.
They claim to be amazing but they have rusty equipment and they sanitize their needles with a lighter. Are we in cdmx in a professional seeding or in a war zone without proper sanitation and no running water?

Dear Sir or Madam, The needle is NOT disinfected with a lighter. The needle is NEW, but the anesthetic must be slightly warmed so it doesn't hurt when injecting the patient. We NEVER heat the needle; the anesthetic cartridge is heated. We also invite you to see ALL OUR STERILIZING EQUIPMENT. You can't say this when each patient bag is sealed and we follow meticulous sterilization processes. We invite you to visit our website and learn about the sanitization process and cubicle. I'm leaving you a small excerpt from a PUBMED article that talks about heating the anesthetic. Please inform yourself and read before commenting. If you have any questions, you could have asked the doctor. “Results Four studies were included in the systematic review. The outcomes assessed were subjective and objective pain during administration of warmed local anesthetic solution, compared with unheated local anesthetic solution. Of the four studies that assessed self-reported pain scores, three showed significantly lower pain scores associated with warmed local anesthesia. Only two studies assessed observed pain scores, and both reported a significantly lower pain reaction with warmed local anesthetic solution. By far the best dental clinic anyone can dream to visit. I came with my mother for her complete dental partial work, root canal and extraction. she end up having a beautiful zirconia bridge and crowns . The care she got was incredible. Misleading and terrible bedside manner. Drove 30 minutes for an appointment after being told they would have time for a root canal only to be given papers asking me to sign for 200$ for x-rays to diagnose issue so the doctor could later review. Dear Julia, We received a message from you yesterday requesting an emergency appointment. We told you we could see you yesterday at 11 a.m., but we didn't hear back from you. Today at 2 p.m., we received another message from you requesting an emergency appointment because you apparently needed a root canal. However, we told you it was difficult to get a dentist (endodontist at that hour) but that we could examine you and that your tooth was infected, which would likely require extraction, which you refused but we need to check. We don't perform treatments which we won't be responsible for later, since all our treatments come with a guarantee, and doing what patients want or demand is often not what the mouth needs. I hope you could find another unethical doctor who can operate on that tooth and make it look the way you like it. However, that tooth is already infected, and we can't do work when we know it's already badly damaged. Also, yes, we can do the treatments in one day, but when they are scheduled in advance and not an hour before, and even then we agreed to see her to relieve her pain.
Amazing experience at the clinic, treated and diagnosed my teeth perfectly. Kind and friendly people working there, felt very comfortable the whole time. I went back twice with follow up treatments and each time was as good as the last. All speak very good english which helped a ton, highly recommend. Thank you :)

t when we arrived, they told us the endodontist only works on Wednesdays, and that day would just be for a check-up and imaging. I felt completely betrayed. The prices were noticeably higher than non-tourist clinics, but I chose them based on good reviews, what a mistake! While the cost in Canada would have been much higher, which is why I wanted to have the procedure done in Mexico, I didn’t expect to be forced into a full imaging of all my teeth, costing around $200 USD or more (if I remember correctly). I already had X-rays and a confirmed diagnosis from my dentist, so there was absolutely no need for a general check-up. Thankfully, I have Mexican friends who recommended a trusted local endodontist. The entire root canal procedure cost me just $350 CAD, not much more than the unnecessary check-up at Ideal Dental! The operation was excellent, and even my Canadian dentist admitted it was well done. I’m so glad I avoided this tourist trap and went to a local clinic instead. Lesson learned!

Dear Sara: We are not a tourist trap... 1.Our costs are published on our website 2.Our specialists are excellent doctors and we cannot confirm them until the patient has come to our office and seen him/her, since many times the diagnoses change and we like to try and save the teeth from root canals and make sure that they are needed. 3. This is why we need the tomography study, which is not a simple x-ray like the one you had, it is a more in-depth study of your dental bones ans cranio-bucal anatomy. It is a shame that you have not appreciated our services or that it was not enough for you and FORTUNATELY in our country there are many excellent professionals and dentist who adapt to all budgets. And we say it again, our prices, the vast majority of them are published on our website, so no, we are not a scam. We use the best materials and the best specialists to perform dental procedures that are guaranteed to last for years. We have been in the market for more than 40 years and our ultimate CAD CAM technology guarantees the dental work and unfortunately this does not make it so economical for all pockets.
