I'm definitely disappointed by this conspiracy between the clinic and that unforgiving finance company. Knowing my critical situation, I'm now worse off than before. What a huge lie! You never say you sign with a finance company. You receive you at the clinic, but you never mention that you'll owe money to a finance company. That's false advertising. charge you 10,000 colones per payment. Besides, in my case, because I was in quarantine due to COVID-19, they didn't help me and they suspended my treatment, leaving me worse off than when I arrived at the clinic. Don't lie or pretend you don't know what I'm saying. 👎

I requested a cleaning; everything was automated, they charged me, and then they told me that just the ear inspection was included, and the cleaning was about 25,000 more. That's not how it's done.

Dear Damien Kirrmann, you can check your WhatsApp chat (4:26 pm) where it was indicated that the evaluation (inspection) costs ¢15,000. You confirmed your appointment yourself. At our clinic, we ALWAYS explain beforehand what each procedure includes and its cost.
I am truly grateful for the care I received, both as a mother and as a patient for my daughter. I admire their trustworthiness and human touch; it reaffirms my belief in the company's honesty and the warmth of its staff.

Based on your reviews, you appear to be making decisions in the United States, yet you are commenting on services offered in Costa Rica, which is unusual and calls into question the veracity of your comment. At our clinic, we always strive to provide excellent service, and in case of any issues, we try to resolve them directly with our actual patients.

I'm giving them one star because I can't give them any less. I've been going to them for about two and a half years, and I can say that: The secretary's attention is TERRIBLE. The people who send messages charging for the monthly fee for braces (I don't know if it's the receptionist or the guy who charges), terrible customer service. them. The doctors who treat you don't explain anything about what they do to you (unless you ask). They leave you with extra plates and braces for the next checkup and don't communicate it. The one who informs you about these things is the receptionist, never the doctor. The doctors are dentists, NOT orthodontists (I checked with the dental association), so they have no knowledge base for putting braces on. They don't use an appointment system, so you arrive whenever you want. You can't pay high amounts with credit cards, so you have to do it through Sinpe. If you require an electronic invoice, you have to pay 13% VAT because they are an "outsourcing" company and not a dental health center (when health centers pay 4% VAT), so they issue an unofficial form to record the payment. So many bad things to say and so little good! Conclusion: don't spend your money with these people.
Excellent level of competence and dental knowledge. During my treatment, the staff explained each step clearly and concisely. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality dental care. Their dedication to excellence and patient well-being truly stands out.

Overall, it's been very good for me. A little about my experience: At first, the doctors were very serious; they didn't explain what they were doing or what was improving with each appointment. (Now they do.) Dr. Calderón is very attentive and helpful. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. I would like to see the facilities improved.
Highly recommended, they treated me super well and were very friendly.
