The staff and doctor were very kind and professional, and I appreciate their warm approach. However, I was disappointed with the treatment they provided, as the results were not as expected.
Just debond my braces after 1 years 5 months. The result was so wow. Maybe the waiting hours could be so long, but it still worth every penny. Doctor and staff sangat friendly and even the doctor layan all the request and my cerewetness. Thank you Dr Haris and all the staff nurse!
Having braces treatment here, damn angry today, received confusing treatment’s info. When u inquiry back them now ,they keep saying they giving the correct info. Next, when you ask for the solution to avoid braces off since few ur tooth bites the braces and cause the braces easily off, they only give answer no solution for this, if braces off u have to pasang back the braces which off and then pay…

rm50 per each braces. Understandable when giving treatment with all the sharp instructments might accidentally hurt the oral wall, but imagine ur dentist never ask u about the pain or say sorry to you when he/she injured u. Another issue , whenever requests to reschedule appointments, clinic will only inform they have lots of customers, they can only rearrange in another 1-2 months or the doctor who treats you not free that day (any days u request also not free one) so you have to wait another 1-2months to change the appointment date, then you have to keep beg them to get chance for possible nearest date, fine nvm since i the one request to change time. For those who want to get treatment here, think twice think wise
