Every time I come, the Indian doctor is always angry and says that if I don't feel like working, I don't have to. My teeth don't move or close together, there's a gap, they ask me to open them. This time I've already paid, then she says that if I want to wait until my teeth are beautiful and aligned, I have to pay RM150 for each appointment. I'm angry that it's not worth it to get braces here.

They can't do teeth but they charge something, consultation is Rm80..it's really easy to make money..do you think it's easy for us to make money..

One of the good service and much recommended for people to come and do dental servicing
I do love your facilities , they are clean and comfortable. However, there are a few things I wasn’t quite satisfied with: 1. During my first appointment to install braces, I was informed that a free scaling was included in the package, but I still had to make a payment for it. 2.There is usually no explanation about my teeth progress during monthly check-ups; I always have to ask for updates…

es myself. Additionally, the male doctor sometimes works a bit roughly and has accidentally caused my gums to bleed. 3. I don’t understand why I can’t cancel my appointment even for emergencies or urgent work matters. I feel this policy could be more understanding of patients’ situations, especially since I’m paying for the treatment, and sometimes cancellations really cannot be avoided. 4.On a positive note, the female Indian doctor is very gentle, polite, and kind . I really appreciate her professionalism. 5. Please treat your customers professionally. I am not a child and expect to be spoken to and treated with respect. 6. Overall, I continue my monthly visits here mainly to complete my treatment. I do hope the clinic can improve its service quality, especially in terms of communication and patient care.
