My experience at the HUMAN Clinic was very positive, starting with the good service at Reception, the ease of payment with the Finance department, and the attention of the Professionals in answering all questions and offering or recommending the best dental treatment for Patients.

Modern and very clean clinic. Excellent service, no delays. I had a root canal done by Naiany, a great professional.
They don't accept health insurance, but they don't tell you that via phone call/WhatsApp. They make you go to the clinic for an "evaluation" so that the sales team can convince you to close the private treatment with them. And another thing, I ASKED via WhatsApp before going to the clinic, the least the secretary should have done was answer "no" instead of wasting my time. Anyway, thank you for the response, but here's the feedback... you don't need a client like me, and I don't need professionals like you. If the communication had been a little more assertive, my time wouldn't have been wasted and consequently my comment wouldn't be here.
