Dr. Alex Hong is very professional. Three years ago, I consulted him here for my jaw correction. He provided me with a detailed plan, explained everything thoroughly, and referred me to the hospital for surgery. In the end, he corrected my upper and lower jaw issues.

Dr Alex is very good and explains the treatment well but can get abit busy
Overall is good. However, it is recommended to pay more attention to the patient’s routine check-ups, particularly regarding cavities, gum health, and other related dental concerns. It’s important not to focus solely on regular treatments, and the process sometimes feels rushed.
Did my braces at this clinic and at every visit, the staff are all efficient and did not experience much issue at this clinic.
