It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Both my friend and I were first time travellers to Mexico City was able to communicate with Dr. Katy via WhatsApp with ease. We were given a breakdown of the cost of our treatment (cleaning and whitening). I was able to communicate in English no problem. Very happy with our treatments. Will recommend.

Dr. Kary is very professional and detailed in what she does. She really cares about your dental health and cuts no corners in making sure you leave the office happy. I recommend her 100%. She's also bilingual for those of us that struggle with Spanish.

I am from the US and living long term in Mexico. I have to say this was the best dentist experience I have ever had and I have had really good dentists since I was very young. clean it and set it so I could carry on at home normally for a few days. Since Dr. Habibi is a generalist, she brought in a trusted Endodontist to do the root canal and then she finished the work off herself with a crown. They were an amazing team of talented Doctors with capable assistants. Essentially, there were four people in the office, 3 attending to me. I was nervous about the potential pain and really didn't feel any pain - with the anesthesia. I highly recommend this dentist for routine and emergency needs. Also, her office and processes are automated and smooth.

She's truly the best. For those of us who are afraid of going to the dentist, I love how she helps you relax and makes the visit more enjoyable. She's very dedicated, and I also really like that she provides an initial diagnosis and then provides proper follow-up. I highly recommend her.

This facility seems like a scam, filled with gimmicks. The promotions and the referral are a bit nonsensical to be honest. It is so unprofessional that I asked a question about pricing and instead of an answer, they asked me “who referred you”? I have yet to receive a reply, that doesn’t give the appearance of a business trying to grow their clientele.

Proudly celebrating 9 YEARS of personalized service as a dentist, being in the same office since its opening. I have NO tricks, I don't understand which ones you mean. I have never worked with discounts, except for my patients' birthdays on cleaning and whitening treatments. We like to know who has recommended the service because we immediately contact our patient to send them a thank you. If you have not received an answer, it is because we did not receive an answer and you left the conversation open. I mention that we are not a company that wants to target customers. I am a dentist, a professional who wants to provide quality service to my patient. That's why we don't have discounts, we don't need tricks and our patients are the most pampered in our facilities. I had a cleaning (prophylaxis) and I was very satisfied. The service is excellent, and the dentist explains everything she's doing. The availability, communication, office, and payment are very Millennial-friendly.

When she finishes, she notes everything in your file, no matter how small, and offers extra recommendations. She's always up-to-date.
