I went on August 5, 2021, with a sharp pain in my mouth and they told me it was gum inflammation, giving me an appointment for August 27, 2021, when in reality it was a cracked tooth I had. Days of suffering due to an incorrect diagnosis caused by rushing the appointment.

Good afternoon Mr. Pires, as we mentioned on the phone, some lesions, such as cracked tooth syndrome, are very difficult to detect in their early stages because they are practically imperceptible, even on X-rays. In your case, you were seen that day by one of our surgeons. We have several specialists at our clinic, and he referred you to the specialist for this type of lesion, in this case, our endodontist, since the diagnosis wasn't clear at first. Due to our colleague's vacation and your schedule, we were unable to schedule an immediate appointment for you to see us again. My family and I have been going to this clinic for years, and I couldn't recommend a better one. The patient care is outstanding, and knowing you're in the best hands with the best materials is priceless. Even so, the price is unbeatable. And it's not just me speaking for myself; my children (7 and 4 years old) have lost their fear of the dentist thanks to the team of professionals at this clinic.
Lack of professionalism. To start with... they schedule a specific time and don't show you for an appointment until 45-50 minutes later!!!! If you schedule someone for a specific time, you have to respect it!!! A 10-15 minute delay is understandable, as is normal... but that long? We don't live to spend all afternoon at the dentist. Then... they try to fix problems with botched jobs. I don't…
