Dr. Mateusz Żak is the best specialist, with vast knowledge and experience, wonderful, empathetic, always smiling, and kind. cartoons, toys, a baby seat, and, of course, medical equipment. Water, coffee, and tea were provided in the break room. In the examination room, we spoke with the anesthesiologist and then with the doctor, who explained everything step by step. No one rushed to explain how the child would be put to sleep and the procedure itself. Then the nurses showed us how to prepare for the procedure, and we moved to the procedure room. Mom held the anesthesia mask, so I could stay until my son fell asleep. He could watch cartoons while we put him to sleep, and thanks to that, he went through it very peacefully. Waking up was quite difficult for my son, but everyone was understanding. The anesthesiologist explained what the procedure would be like and what needed to be done after this type of anesthesia. The nurse was up to the task of helping my son with his frustration by removing the Weflou from his leg. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment for their children. I thank the entire staff for their wonderful approach and professionalism.

The day after the procedure, the clinic called and asked how my daughter was feeling, how the night went... Thank you for your concern. And what I'm writing is not only my opinion, but primarily my daughter's. She says: "Dad, if I ever need dental work again, we'll go to the same clinic."

I highly recommend the excellent service and the approach to the patient and family. It was great that we had our own room and bathroom. We had a conversation before and after the procedure. We were informed about the entire treatment process. We were able to enjoy coffee or water during the procedure. The prices are also very good.

Everything went very smoothly and without any complications. We didn't experience any side effects, such as vomiting. We were cared for by a nurse, Dorota, that day. We spent another two hours at the clinic before being discharged. We are very pleased with the care. My daughter received lots of gifts, for which we are very grateful. 😍 If we ever have dental treatment under general anesthesia again, it will only be with you. A very professional approach to the young patient. Pleasant conditions, friendly service, and very helpful and committed staff. Both the anesthesiologist and the dentist are 100% recommended. Dental caries treatment for a three-year-old under general anesthesia – you get your own room where the child can play while waiting, some gifts, and a visit from the dentist and anesthesiologist, who explains the entire process. You have to spend two hours in the treatment room after waking up. The child must be fasting before the procedure, so they might get angry if they're hungry :) and they can't eat after the procedure either. No side effects, etc., no vomiting. I'm satisfied with the treatment, even though it's stressful. My child seems lethargic for a few hours afterward, but then everything subsides. In my case, it didn't significantly affect my sleep. It wasn't expensive either, as the doctors were able to complete the procedure in an hour. We came to Galeria Uśmiechu on the recommendation of the clinic.
