Poor service, they asked me to reschedule two children's appointments, making me rearrange my schedule and the children's. I traveled all the way from Viamão and they wouldn't see my children because they didn't have their documents. Dentists with absolutely no empathy for children!

Michelle, we understand your dissatisfaction, but like any health insurance plan, whether dental or medical, we are required to verify the documents and insurance cards of our members. Without this, unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the service. We hope you understand that this is a standard requirement of the insurance company itself.
