We have been going to Hello Dental for years. Dr Lye’s attention to detail in patient care is excellent and our whole family go to her. The staff are also very courteous.

Had my bridge done at this clinic by Dr Vincent and have been happy with it as I no longer use denture now. Both my kids also love coming here for their dental treatment. Recently, we brought our boy to consult for braces. I recently visited this neighborhood dental clinic for scaling and a filling, and I was quite surprised by the exorbitant prices. Before my visit, I inquired about the pricing for scaling and was quoted "from RM150." However, I ended up paying RM50 for a consultation fee and RM250 for the scaling, totaling RM300. but this is the highest I've ever paid for scaling, especially for a neighborhood clinic. The overall experience was not very satisfying. I didn't feel very comfortable throughout the scaling process and they weren't very gentle with cleaning my teeth which is the opposite of what the reviews here have been implying. There were no before and after photos of the scaling, which would have been helpful to see the results. They also mentioned they would teach me how to brush properly, but this never happened during my visit. Additionally, I had a filling done, but they didn’t show me how it looked afterward, leaving me unsure about the work done. Considering the high costs and the lack of attention to detail, I was quite disappointed. I expected better service, especially at such prices.

I HAVE WAITED FOR A DOCTOR 3-4 TIMES FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR, I HAVE NEVER BEEN ANGRY, ONCE IT WAS IN THE EVENING FOR A BRACE REVIEW APPOINTMENT, I WAITED FOR A DOCTOR FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS BECAUSE THE DOCTOR DID A LONG PROCEDURE FOR THE PT AT THE BEGINNING OF 2023, I AM STILL PATIENTLY WAITING WITHOUT BEING ANGRY WITH THE DOCTOR, THE DOCTOR ALSO APOLOGIZED TO ME. THE LATEST ONE, 15 MARCH OR 22 APRIL 2024 APPOINTMENT 9.45AM, EARLY IN THE MORNING WAITED FOR 1 HOUR MORE THAN 10.30AM BUT THE MALE PT CAME AND CUT THE QUEUE WITHOUT TELLING ME BECAUSE THE MALE PT ONLY TAKES 5-10 MINUTES, I STILL LOSE IMPATIENT....EVERYONE IS ONLY 24 HOURS A DAY CLOCK, OK. ON 19JULY2024 APPOINTMENT TIME 9.30AM, EARLY MORNING CRAZY HOURS WORSE RAINY DAY, I REACHED THE CLINIC ONLY 10MINUTES LATE, THE CLINIC CANNOT WAIT FOR PATIENTS 10MINUTES LATE.... BUT I AS A PATIENT WAITED FOR THE DOCTOR 3-4 TIMES ONE HOUR OVER. A very good environment in the clinic. Dr.Tan did an amazing job explaining everything about root canaling and i felt 0 pain while undergoing the treatment. Such an amazing painless experience.

Had an appointment with Dr. Sapphire which I feel was quick and easy process from beginning to the end, found the problem and was advised of the solution. the clinic was sparkly clean they even provide u with clean slippers that i think they wash almost everyday since they provide a bucket for the slippers after?.

This dental clinic is really different from the usual dental clinic I went before. Very comfortable. Dr Lye very details in checking the teeth and doing the filling. Very soft spoken too.
