Fantastic service for a reasonable price. I don't think my teeth have ever been cleaned this well.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Dr. Chiam and her team! The office is clean, modern, and very welcoming. Dr. Chiam is gentle, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She really makes you feel at ease, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dentist!

I had a really positive experience having a new mouth guard measured and made up to protect my teeth from night time clenching. I only had a few days in KL and they managed to have it ready the next day. The dentist and receptionist were both super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here and hope to come back in the future.

The beautiful female doctor is very attentive, explains in detail, and provides good service. No need to wait after making an appointment.
Came in for a scaling appointment and Doctor sapphire was very patient, and accommodating. She also shared many tips on maintaining dental hygiene.

I’m very disappointed with the dentist. Because of his mistakes while placing the teeth, he started arguing with us and trying to “teach” what a veneer and a crown are. We already know perfectly well what veneers and crowns are, and we understand the materials used. e placed the tooth incorrectly and kept grinding it down while explaining nonsense. It’s unfortunately very common when some doctors speak badly about others — but this one should really focus on doing proper work. I have never seen anyone take almost an hour just to place one single fallen tooth. The result was terrible. The only good thing I can say is about the girl at the reception — she was very polite and friendly. But the doctor clearly doesn’t know how to do his job. He’s young and honestly, I think he needs to go back to university.DOCTOR REMEMBER ITS MATERIAL NOT THE TECHNOLOGY! He is tried to prove it is bad! Come on!!! U need study again and myst to learn about technology n the material. I DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!

We’re very sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience during your recent visit to our Bukit Bintang branch. During your visit, our doctor followed the standard bonding protocol to recement your restoration, which involved cleaning off the old cement, preparing the surface with sandblasting and primer, and carefully bonding it back in place. These steps take time to ensure a strong and lasting result. As the crown (which was made outside our clinic) had dislodged a few times before, bite adjustment was also done to reduce the risk of it coming off again. The doctor’s explanation about the different restoration types (crowns vs veneers) and materials (such as lithium disilicate) was only meant to share information, as we routinely do with our patients. The doctor was unaware that the detailed explanation might have felt unnecessary or uncomfortable for you, and we truly apologise for that. We sincerely apologise if the experience made you feel uncomfortable, that was never our intention. Our goal is always to provide the best possible care and ensure every patient leaves satisfied. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you’re still facing any issues; we’ll be happy to assist further.

procedure was very gentle. While waiting for procedure to finish, one of the ladies actually put a blanket over my legs ( without me asking) to make me comfortable. Just amazing and so affordable. Can't recommend enough.
