It was a very pleasant experience. They treated me very well, and even though they didn't speak Spanish, there were translators. They explained the whole process to me, put a lead vest on me, and took an X-ray of my face to see what they were going to do. Everything was perfect, and they even offered me coffee when I arrived. In an environment like this, having someone like this makes a huge difference and undoubtedly adds exceptional value to the clinic. At reception, Ariola and Sibora are two exceptional people. Attentive at all times, always making sure you have everything you need, with a kindness that is greatly appreciated and always accompanied by a smile. It's a pleasure to meet people like this as soon as you arrive, because they make you feel welcome from the very first moment. There were times when, between the coffee, the water, and the constant attention, it almost felt like you were in a five-star hotel instead of a clinic, and I say that with all the affection in the world, because that level of attention and care for the patient is not easy to find. They are details that may seem small, but they make a huge difference and make the whole experience even more personal and pleasant. With Dr. Indrit and Drs. Rovena and Ana Maria, I experienced treatment that I will never forget. I have a real fear of dentists, and even so, they managed to make me feel calm, safe, and cared for at all times. I was treated with incredible kindness, gentleness, and patience. They were always attentive to how I was doing and reassured me. You can tell when there are professionals who, in addition to doing their job very well, have tremendous human qualities. Alketi, the person who picked me up at the airport and took me to the clinic, also provided excellent service. Her treatment was impeccable from the very first moment: always kind, punctual, and very attentive. Alketi made that first moment, which can sometimes generate nerves or uncertainty, easy, comfortable, and pleasant. I'm very happy with the service from the clinic staff. I received excellent care from the doctor and the entire team. They picked me up from the airport, and I stayed for four days in a wonderful hotel. I'm very happy with my treatment.

The clinic's facilities are innovative, modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology. Klea, who speaks perfect Spanish, provides exceptional service at all times. She guides you through everything and puts you at ease during the initial phone calls. They pick you up at the airport and drive you there. They also offer to drive you back to the airport. Finally, upon arrival at reception, the staff at the counter are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Beyond all of this, but it certainly adds to the experience, the Albanian people at street level, from the shops to anyone passing by who might offer directions, are incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The advantages are EVERYTHING, the disadvantages are NONE. There's no question about it.

Honestly, although it might seem strange, everything has been great. It has pleasantly surprised me, and all the noise and fear that many people convey has nothing to do with the HMC center. I wholeheartedly recommend it. I live in Madrid, and honestly, everything has been great.
