flying from Seattle to San Diego Dr. Martinez did something unexpected, better yet, he did something unmanageable, he personally picked me up at the airport. Have you ever heard of a American doctor personally picking up there patients as a courtesy. As we were driving I discovered that Dr Martinez is very personable and candid about his life, personally and professionally. We had a nice conversation driving to his office. As soon as we walked into his office his assistant was getting me into the chair and getting some information as the Dr. was taking off his chauffeur hat and slipped on his white coat and all his PPE. As his assistant was finishing up with taking Ex-Rays he displays them on a large screen in front of me. He pointed out what was wrong and what he has to do to correct the problem. After discussing my options the Dr gave me a itemized list of what he will be doing and the prices for each item. BTW, did I mention, he will give you 2-3 options with prices. If Dr. Martinez cannot pick you up at the airport don't fear, Uber is as close as your cell. Part of my procedure was on a Tues. and I had to return on Sat. to complete the procedure. The Dr. BLEW me away AGAIN, thats twice in one day, he offered to take me back to the airport so I can get a RENTAL car. I stayed with family in (USA) until Sat. After I dropped the RENTAL car off I got on my cell to call Uber. From the airport to the border is approximately a 30min drive with no traffic. My fare was $30 with tip. If you are not on a tight schedule take a Uber from the airport to Old Town and jump on the BLUE line TROLLEY for $2.50 per person one way, so $5 roundtrip. From Old Town the trolleys will drop you off directly in front of the gates to Tijuana plus a 10min walk to customs. When you clear customs call for a Uber. My driver dropped me off right in front of the doctors office 10mins after I got into his car. My fare was $5 with tip.There are several taxi's immediately available as you walk through the last gate to paradise. I chose Uber because the fare is set. All other taxi drivers are business men trying to make a living, so if you think he is asking to much HAGGLE with him. However, be mindful, don't insult him with a ridiculously low fare, BE FAIR, REASONABLE and RESPECTFUL. Remember, there are several other hungry driver willing to give you a ride. One last thing, if you don't us Uber don't get into a taxi until you agree on the fare. Record the conversation on your cell for your protection. The Dr's build is a secure building so if the security guard is not present to let you in you have to ring the doorbell and wait for assistance.😉

I went in two weeks ago and the experience was excellent. I had tooth pain/sensitivity on the top left of my mouth; Dr. Victor was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem, and took care of it. He gave me four fillings! I also had some teeth whitening done, where my teeth are bow considerably whiter. No pain, no sensitivity, and some whiter teeth—absolutely no complaints there. Getting to…

UPDATE: Dr. Victor is still my favorite dentist :) He must be good; I’ve driven from Los Angeles (2 1/2 hours) four times to see him! l relaxed and she’s always ready with a laugh and a smile. I’ve gotten three Zirconium crowns (the best available but much less costly than in the US) and had a tooth pulled — I’m very pleased with all the work so far. They are also in a good, safe location, across the street from Costco and a few doors down from a very good casual and inexpensive Mexican restaurant. You should always check that your dentist is currently licensed (like Dr. Victor)—many in Mexico aren’t. It’s important to note that some dental offices will have a licensed, experienced dentist whose credentials are used to ‘sell’ the business, but he/she might not be the one who actually performs the work on you! It may be an unlicensed or inexperienced (or both) dentist doing the actual work—I learned this the hard way. Again, I'm very pleased with all the work and hope to be going to Harmony for many years to come. UPDATE: Dec 14, 2021 Dr. Victor was kind enough to squeeze me in after I showed up on the wrong day for my appointment. We talked about music, etc. while waiting for my mouth to go numb (you barely feel most injections, btw). He did a thorough job of fitting my new crown, spending time making sure it was perfect. He's very careful to make sure crowns fit tightly against your gums which is very important; he was actually re-doing a crown where another dentist had failed to do that. s i had made and left me in pain as the wire on my braces is loose and constantly stabs me! I really liked Dr. Gloria but with her leaving so unexpectedly with no mention of this before i started treatment. I cant in all honesty recommend harmony if you're in the states stay home!!!!

I love going to Harmony Dental Studio the staff there is really nice and they have left my teeth perfect, i went to get new retainers and to fix my teeth that were overlapping and they fixed it without having to get braces. I am so happy with the work I had done. My smile was one of the things I was very insecure about, and now I feel so happy with it. It really was worth the drives and definitely cheaper than California. Dr. Martinez and his staff are amazing!

From the beginning, both dentist Victor and Gloria made me feel welcomed. They’re office/work place was very sanitary! They treated me so kindly, I came here to fix my brackets that had fallen off from another dentist and honestly I have considered making them my primary orthodontist. years. In the end i decided to go with the option i felt was best, so i traveled from the Inland Empire to Harmony Dental. Now, I am almost done with my crown treatment and super happy with my overall experience. I currently have temporaries and has received many compliments already. Dr V. has been very transparent with me about what can and should be done vs unnecessary treatment aswell and input from Dr. Gloria who is equally as talented! I can not say enough about the them and their team. If you’re looking for a great smile and a very welcoming team to help you achieve that then I’d definitely recommend Harmony Dental :)!!

talk about getting their dental work done in Tijuana and got a few referrals. After doing a lot of research, I chose Harmony Dental. I initially scheduled a consultation to familiarize my self with the practice and the staff. I have to say, I was impressed. Dr. Martinez spent a couple of hours with me explaining his recommendations, not only for the veneers but also some other procedures that I need to consider in the future. After, my initial consultation and his cost estimate, I decided to schedule the replacement of my veneers. The drive across the border is a breeze. The office and staff are extremely professional and friendly. It took two visits, one per week and I now have a beautiful new smile at 1/3 of the cost. Dr. Martinez and Harmony Dental get my highest recommendation. Thanks Dr. Martinez and staff.

Dr Martinez has really changed the quality of my life with his cosmetic dentistry. I came from Phoenix arizona. The price was worth the drive. Dr. Martinez and staff had excellent customer service.
