I called to schedule an appointment for additional root planing after my first visit. The staff told me I could come today. When I arrived and waited, the doctor spoke very loudly, saying, "This case requires treatment with me; you have to do the whole mouth root planing with the same doctor you're seeing!!" Is that acceptable? Shouldn't the doctor have told the clinic staff? Patients don't know…

I had veneers done here a while ago. The doctor did a great job; they look very natural. The service is also excellent, and the doctor is very attentive and caring towards patients.
The doctor is cute, speaks politely, and my teeth are in place very quickly.
I came to have my tartar scraped off. The doctor said there was a lot of tartar, and there was an additional cost from the Social Security Fund. However, it took only 6 minutes to complete. If you're in a hurry, you should have told me from the beginning that it was not convenient. I went to another shop. The previous time was very good, but this time I'm going to pass.
