I had a fantastic experience at this dental clinic. I came in for scaling, and I was surprised at how painless and comfortable the whole procedure was. The dentist was gentle, explained every step clearly, and made sure I felt at ease throughout.

When I went in I was scared because it was a T20 style clinic but apparently the price was really B40 😍😍😍 I made an appointment, so when I arrived I got my turn to see the doc without waiting long, the doc explained in great detail, and was friendly. Good experience with DR for teeth whitening, doctor is very patient with explaining the procedure and attentively listen to my concerns as I have teeth sensitivity and scared whitening will worsen the sensitivity. Good job, will be back if need further dental procedures!

I took a day off and rearranged my other appointments to accommodate the extraction, but upon arrival, the dentist informed me that the procedure was too complicated and referred me to an orthodontist instead. I was not prepared for this outcome and felt that the dentist should have communicated the potential complexity and referral need earlier. It was a wasted trip from Singapore, and I'm disappointed in the lack of planning and transparency. I would not visit this clinic again. The 2-star rating is for the service, which was not too bad, but the quality and planning need significant improvement.
Very competent dentist suggested a proper scan to see what was going on with my on and off toothache. Found a hidden cavity which was dealt with immediately. Really glad to find a good dental clinic that charges reasonable rates.
