Over the phone, I received terrible service! When explaining my situation, an unprepared attendant became rude and, unfortunately for her, forgot to mute the phone, allowing me to hear her complete lack of respect! Dr. Thais, if I'm not mistaken, was very attentive and an incredible professional! She saw that my mother was a little scared and calmed her down, explaining the whole procedure.
