to be quite high. I initially asked if there was a consultation fee, and was told it was free if the procedure was performed. In reality, I was still charged a consultation fee and a registration fee, totaling around Rp 150,000, which was quite confusing. Furthermore, I asked for an estimate of the maximum cost of the filling before the procedure, but in the end, the total cost far exceeded the initial estimate. Regardless of the materials and level of difficulty, it would be much more comfortable for patients if the type of procedure, the level of difficulty, and the estimated cost were clearly explained before the procedure, so they wouldn't be surprised at the end. Everyone has different financial circumstances and needs, so transparency from the start is crucial. My advice for those considering this procedure is to make sure you thoroughly ask your doctor about the costs before the procedure. I hope this can be further improved in the future, especially regarding cost communication with patients.
