I’m glad I consulted Grand Dental. Before starting the cavity treatment, I had several consultations, and they were very attentive and supportive. The treatment went very smoothly, and I’m very satisfied. I’m truly glad I came here.
As I approach my senior years, getting any dental work done can be daunting. Luckily, I came here. The prices are reasonable, the dentist is gentle, and most importantly, the service is excellent every step of the way.

assistant went and got a smaller size that fitted my mouth after a few attempts and it was fine. But the dentist just kept telling me in a bossy tone that I COULD bite on it. I would've damaged my mouth if I had. She then put a wide ring on my mouth and stretched my lips very wide to get it in, with no Vaseline, I had to ask and she said "it doesn't usually hurt" like I was at fault, not her equipment or method. I'm not a baby so I don't appreciate this attitude. At the end she kept telling me to grind my teeth on the paper to check the fillings were level. I said I couldn't because the ring she'd put in my mouth was digging into the area space between my gums and my upper lip, cutting it. She again just spoke to me like a naughty child and said "Aaaaactually, you can". I mean yeah if I rip my mouth, I can? Physically? But why am I being pressured to do this for no good reason? Why is the mouth spreader still in once the work is done and they are telling me to grind my teeth on paper? She also wacked my teeth a fair few times with her equipment. I know I have a small mouth, but I never had these issues before and definitely never encountered this attitude from a dentist. Again though the first guy was lovely, just a shame his filling didn't last long. They have a lot of good reviews because when you pay they offer a financial discount for a 5 star review.
