Very irresponsible clinic. Not sure why the receptionist treats a patient in this way, probably the boss hasn’t paid the salary in a long time? Worst customer service ever, longest wait in a queue and when we asked roughly how long to wait only to get tantrum from the doctor/receptionist.

We found that your appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but you checked in at approximately 4:00 PM, which coincided with the next available slot. Therefore, we had to attend to patients in the order they were scheduled to avoid impacting other patients. The treatment time for each case may vary slightly from the estimated time depending on its complexity. Regarding the behavior of our staff and the doctor who treated you, our investigation did not find any such behavior as described above. The issue may have arisen from your dissatisfaction with the information provided. The clinic accepts your feedback and will use it to improve our appointment system and ensure clearer information dissemination. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to serve you again.
When we went, the staff didn't care. We were an hour late and instead of telling them how many more queues we had to wait, they didn't tell us or care about anything. They even sent us a message saying we were late. Wow, so wicked. They didn't tell us when the doctor was available. They just disappeared. It was like they didn't care and went somewhere else, there were already a lot of patients.
Very good, the quality is the best, I reccomend to come to this clinic.
The doctor was very kind and answered all my questions. The receptionist was also kind and easy to talk to. The rubber bands were a nice color and didn't fade quickly.
The dentist was very gentle. I highly recommend getting your dental work done here.
Today I came for tartar removal and fillings. I must say, the clinic is very clean and the dentist provides excellent service.
The orthodontic treatment went very quickly, even though my teeth were crowded and I had impacted wisdom teeth and teeth that needed to be extracted before treatment.
