I had dental implants at Gold 9 with Dr. James. I was impressed. He explained everything in detail before the procedure. The equipment was excellent. I was impressed. Thank you, doctor.

I've been getting dental implants with Dr. James for almost five years, and I've had three of them done. He's very skilled, skilled, and friendly. The staff is also lovely. Getting here is easy. You can drive here, and there's convenient parking.

Great place, excellent service, and the doctor is incredibly skilled.
Two days ago, I recommended this place to a friend, but he didn't come, saying it was too far. The result was that it was very painful and the roots fell out. This is why I recommended it and didn't come. This place is the best.

So I am apparently the odd one out. I sought out this place because of the incredibly high ratings. Apparently their advertised gowabi prices for scaling is up to the discretion of the dentist because he gives a sliding scale depending on the amount of cleaning required. premium cleaning that would use superior equipment. I declined. And then I received the roughest dental cleaning of my life. The scraping was so intense and i was curled up in the chair fighting for life. After what seemed to be an eternity I pleaded for the premium cleaning equipment. I cant say for sure but somehow I felt a bit punished for my earlier rejection. I received great dental services in Japan, korea, taiwan, europe and other clinics in thailand for the same exact issues and i have never endured pain like this. And this was without cavities😅 so yes, my teeth is clean, but at what cost? So it’s really 3 stars but the front desk was nice and fit me in last minute so Im rounding it up. But I cant shake the feeling I got milked. with all these glowing reviews, im not even sure we all went to the same place because the four stars is really really stretching here. And at one point the assistant kept shoving the suction down my throat and had me retching over an electric drill in my mouth, choking on water. Twice in five minutes 🫠 maybe the main dentist and assistant stepped out and i got the back up? 😂
