It was my baby's first appointment. The doctor was very kind and thorough, explaining everything about caring for her teeth and how to establish good habits. Her assistants and other staff were very attentive, and the atmosphere was very professional and pleasant.

My husband and I have loved this place since day one. Dr. Sabrina is a very professional person; she always treats our son with great love and patience. It has been a blessing to meet her; her treatment is always respectful, kind, and charismatic. The same goes for the receptionists, both on WhatsApp and at the entrance to the office. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

I have no complaints about the service or the aesthetics of the place. However, they charged me 4,000 pesos for a simple cleaning done for my 6-year-old son, which wasn't for the reason I initially brought him in. They should respect the decisions and reasons why children are brought in for consultations, and not impose their beliefs over the actual situation that prompted the visit. I…

If you're not going to use insurance or have the agreed-upon procedures done, please inform the cashier beforehand to avoid this unpleasant experience.

Regarding the aforementioned, we always inform each patient in advance about any additional procedures and their cost, leaving it up to them to decide whether or not to authorize them. In your case, the recommendation was necessary before proceeding with the treatment that prompted your child's consultation, precisely to protect their health and well-being. We want to clarify that one of our core values is respect: for parents, for children, and for their decisions. However, as specialists, we must also ensure the child's psychological well-being and clinical evidence. We never work with beliefs, but with medical evidence, and you were present at all times and authorized the procedure. Regarding prices, these depend on each patient's insurance plan, which is beyond our control. Even so, we accept all insurances and always seek the best option for each family. We're pleased that you've highlighted the quality of our service, and we reaffirm our commitment to working with ethics, transparency, and respect.
The best pediatric dentist my little ones could have. Einar and Caeli are so happy with Dr. Sabrina. Her kindness, patience, and empathy with children mean everything to me. If you go to her, you won't regret it.
