Honestly, I was really scared of scaling because I had never had it in my life. It turns out that tartar really needs to be cleaned. I thought just brushing my teeth was enough, but it wasn't. I saw on Google reviews that there was a nearby dental clinic, so I went straight there. It was really great, the doctor was super friendly and the price was really affordable.
