I don't even know where to begin. The surgery was terrible. I experienced the most excruciating pain I've ever felt, especially considering I've given birth without anesthesia before, and Marcela didn't even answer my questions about the pain. Hello Paula, we regret your dissatisfaction, but we are absolutely certain that everything was done correctly. You arrived with a contaminated root canal and an exposed cavity that had gone untreated for over a year and a half, which was treated in the best possible way. You only had three large fillings placed; we avoided the need for root canals or extractions due to the risk of poor adaptation in the short, medium, or long term. We responded to all your inquiries until you wrote to us saying you were already receiving treatment in Mexico. We have records of the unanswered calls and messages we made before and after your trip. Your medication was changed because the only issue you experienced was your post-surgical recovery, and that's why we adjusted your prescription. Here, you left satisfied with your appointments right up until the day of surgery, which went smoothly without any complications. Likewise, if you'd like a check-up or follow-up, you're always welcome here, and we'll gladly see how we can help. 99.9% of our patients are satisfied, and we'd like you to be too.
I only have three words for Gloss Dent: trust, empathy, and quality. You're the best, thank you. It all started with an accident and ended with a smile.

te all the details of my appointment. More importantly, Dra. Marcela treated me with the most kindness and care. She was very thorough in explaining the procedures and what to expect. She also provided great after care suggestions. Even when I asked for an additional treatment, she was very understanding and accommodated my schedule. She advised of what was necessary for health and also of different options that would enhance my smile, even if not needed. I ended up with a routine teeth cleaning, replacement of 3 fillings which she suggested and explained to me why they should be replaced, and laser whitening. During the procedure, Dra. Marcela was attentive and provided explanation of what was going on and what were the next steps, which was helpful for someone who typically gets anxious at the dentist. She also ensured that I wasn't feeling any sensitivity throughout which was very thoughtful. The teeth cleaning was a great experience, since modern tools and methods were being used. This was a different experience than we are accustomed to in the U.S. I felt the most pleased with this cleaning than I usually do back home in the U.S. At the end of my appointment, I was very happy with the results of my smile and I have received many compliments after I came home to the U.S.! The results are that amazing for me. I plan on seeing Dra. Marcela once again when I travel back to Colombia for my 6 month checkup!
