What an absolute joke of a dental clinic. Booking an appointment here apparently just means youโve booked a seat in the waiting area for 30 minutes to an hour โ minimum. If you enjoy wasting your time, this is the perfect place for you. Appointments are constantly rescheduled, usually by the clinic themselves, as if patients have nothing better to do with their lives. Trying to get a decent time slot is like winning the lottery โ except far more frustrating and with zero reward. Clearly, time management and basic professionalism are foreign concepts here. If you value punctuality, reliability, or sanity, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

We mentioned in our message if patient came on weekend they need to wait around 30-45 minutes and patient all aware about this. Recently did my braces at Gigi Dental, and it was a wonderful experience throughout. Dr Hafizah was extremely gentle and polite during every consultation I had. My braces journey was seamless and I would highly recommend people to get theirs done here as well. To my fellow Singaporeans who are looking for dental services in JB, you should consider this clinic as their prices are affordable and their service is very good. Huge shoutout to the admin staff/front desk, as they were extremely friendly and treated every customer with a smile on their face. I had my wisdom teeth removed, one was minor oral surgery and another one is a simple extraction. Dr. Sarah was exceptionally well versed in both procedures. The procedures was more than an hour due to my tooth being very deep inside my gum and for most Drs it will be very difficult to execute. Luckily for me Dr Sarah helps me to undergo the surgery painlessly and i have a quick and pain free recovery. I would recommend to anyone that needs oral surgery or extraction to come here and find Dr Sarah ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ฏ.

I recently had a veneer service at this dental clinic, and I must say that Dr. Taqi and his team were very accommodating throughout the process. Although there were some hiccups, such as waiting time during my first visit (my 11:00 appointment ended up finishing around 15:30), and occasional delays in responses on their inquiry line (WhatsApp), but the overall experience was excellent. I am satisfied with the results. Highly recommended clinic for anyone considering veneers!

There are 3 dental rooms, ok I understand but during that hour people only come in after we have all left (set up) appointments. As far as the 2 or 3 customers are concerned, maybe their slots have to be delayed, but it's getting longer, more and more people are coming in and the clinic is getting emptier, the last two are just the two of us, what the hell?? I feel sorry for my wife, I just wanted to treat her to scaling in conjunction with her birthday today. We don't have to spend a day sitting at your clinic just to wait, we also have other appointments. Asking the front desk doesn't work, the staff is very "slow".
