This is my first time to have a check-up and clean in Traralgon. Dr Lap is a young and friendly dentist. He checked my teeth thoroughly and told me what he was doing step by step. Highly recommended.

Been a customer of Kay’s dentistry for a couple years now and haven’t looked back. For the price you pay it’s well worth the hassle and effort they go through. Administration staff are always so helpful and follow up on appointments. Also waiting in the foyer isn’t an issue as there’s always entertainment (fresh magazines, arcade game and always the chase is on)

Seriously the best experience. I've had a dentist in a long time. Dr. Ching was amazing! If you're scared of the dentist then I highly recommend going here. The dentist was amazing, she put me at ease calmed my anxiety and did a wonderful job at replacing my filling. I can't speak more highly enough, if you have been putting off going to the dentist I suggest you going here. Two needles and an hour later. Nothing hurt!! Outstanding they were

I have seen Dr Lap on a number of occasions. He is always friendly and informative. I had a crown replaced today. I had very little discomfort with this procedure. I have found Dr Lap to be very thorough & attentive. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Fantastic service received by Dr Lap especially after breaking my crown that was done by previous dentist. He repaired it with great care and under insurance so it took all the stress out of it. Highly recommend Dr Lap and will continue my treatment with him

I have been to this clinic twice now with the same dentist, the first time he was rude and seemed to be in a hurry to take my tooth out instead of filling it, very rough with the instruments. The second time, he was huffing and puffing through he's mask, wanted to pull another tooth out, I said I'd like it to be filled instead he seemed to get annoyed at that, was VERY rough with the drill, every time I had to swallow he didn't wait for me to open my mouth properly again and just shoved the instruments in my mouth, aggressively wiping the mirror on my bib to where it was tugging on my neck, the second he was done he put the instruments down and said ok finished hopefully it lasts and pushed the tray out of my way, I got up and grabbed my bag and looked at him and both he and the nurse had they're back to me, so I just walked out. He should not be working, the first time I put it down to him having a bad day (no excuse) but the second time he was still rude, angry, inpatient, arrogant no bedside manner at all, I will NOT be going to this clinic ever again.

I saw Dr Pan today, he was fantastic, I was terrified of going but had no choice. All the team there were super kind. I didn’t feel a thing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has dental anxiety.
