Today was the first time we met in person as her patient. She was very cheerful, and her communication with both the patient and the family was excellent. We thank her very much. The environment was very organized, clean, and hygienic, and her team was also extremely attentive. Our treatment will continue, and we are so glad our paths crossed with her.
He is a wonderful doctor. He is very caring. He has treated both of my children. When we have problems again, he will be our go-to doctor.

We underwent 5 root canals and crown procedures under general anesthesia with Dr. Gökşen. More than a doctor, her motherly nature and warm demeanor towards my son helped us overcome our family's fears. We met her two years ago for a small filling. This made our son very comfortable and confident during the examination and surgery. Ms. Gökşen always prioritized the cost. After our son's two-hour surgery under general anesthesia, all his teeth were restored. His pain was gone. He underwent fillings, crowns, and root canal treatments. We thank her for making us feel safe throughout the entire process and for restoring our son's health. We highly recommend her.
I deeply regret taking my daughter to this doctor. During the first examination, he approached my 8-year-old daughter patiently and calmly, saying there would be 8 root canals and 8 fillings, and only performed 2 root canals and 2 fillings. her for her third appointment, we were treated as if she wasn't the same doctor as in the first two appointments. When my daughter started crying, he stopped the treatment midway, saying he would either perform it under general anesthesia or we would have to see another doctor. This was in the middle of the treatment. Furthermore, when I later consulted our adult dentist, I learned that the antibiotic he prescribed was the wrong choice for a child and would be too strong, and that we should stop it. When he left us with the choice between general anesthesia or another doctor, he didn't even bother to tell us whether we would continue with the antibiotic or not. Many healthy children cannot tolerate general anesthesia and become uncomfortable. My daughter is a child who can sit in the chair, open her mouth, and can undergo normal treatment if she is calmed down when she is scared. In this situation, is it appropriate to administer general anesthesia solely at the doctor's discretion? After all, it's a private clinic. Anyway, the pediatric dentist we went to afterwards said that fillings would be sufficient for the remaining 5 teeth that Ms. Gökşen had referred to as root canals. That not all of them needed root canals. Now I ask, is this behavior ethical? Is it right to apply the wrong treatment to the child, to perform more procedures than necessary, and to unnecessarily resort to general anesthesia? Based on my own experience, I unfortunately cannot offer a positive recommendation.
Ms. Gökşen is the best dentist we know; very kind, very knowledgeable, and a wonderful doctor who approaches patients with the same sensitivity as if they were her own children. Thank you so much for everything, we appreciate your work.

Ms. Gökşen is number one in her field. She flawlessly performed all dental treatments, including root canal fillings, on my four-year-old daughter under general anesthesia. My daughter is 7 years old. A sudden abscess developed in her tooth, which worried me a lot. Thankfully, we found Ms. Gökşen. She explained each step with visual aids and asked for my daughter's permission for the procedures. An angel on earth. He's a wonderful doctor who seamlessly performed four root canals, two fillings, and a dental extension crown on my 2.5-year-old daughter under anesthesia.
