My first time visiting Fresh Smile. Dr. Chew was very professional and patient. My scaling was done very gently. Would recommend anyone to give them a try!
Dr Prisila, is probably the best dentist for adults and children. She is indeed our family Dr.
Highly recommended dental practice. Dr. Prisila and her team are highly professional and competent. She practices a very gentle approach and takes the time to really explain and educate on effective self care. Very friendly, welcoming and empathetic. You cannot help but feel safe and confident of the services provided. Price-wise, very good value. Keep it up Fresh Smile!

Dr Chew is AMAZING, I've been dragging my scalling pretty long plus the locked down period total is 3 years was quite frighten by the thought of going for scalling due to vids I saw online. But Dr Chew is very thorough and patient, my teeth have never look better.

Had two incidents where I made an appointment and it only got cancelled after I arrived. Clinic also does not follow it's stated "operating hours" online. Would not recommend as the service is truly disappointing.

We do sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and understand your frustration with the cancellations. The circumstances were regrettably beyond our control.
Dr Chew is a stellar dentist. This clinic is a Medident panel clinic. Had an emergency so I called in last-minute for a walk-in, I got an immediate response from the clinic. Had to went through Covid test on-site first then the dentist asked me a bunch of questions before digging into my mouth. t caving in Mulu 2 weeks prior. The situation was very bad, had part of my gums removed (Debridement). All was done under 90 minutes! I am grateful for the auntie who had a prior appointment but willing to gave up her slot for me.
Amazing team and great service! Dr Chew and the team are wonderful and the clinic is always clean. I had to remove an impacted wisdom tooth and the whole process was so seamless and painless and they were very supportive as i was nervous. Highly recommended!

Very good service.. Dr Prisila does magic with your teeth.. i had a ugly yellow stain on my front tooth for more then 20 year. People always told me i have lipstick on my tooth. With her magic hands.. it has all gone with a reasonable price.. . She also took time to explain to every step and what i should do.. best Dentist i have been to.. very calm.. highly recommended
I have sought high and low for the best dental clinics in this area but this is the first time I felt like I had to leave a review! Highly recommend as the Dr is very professional and tells you the truth!
My 11year old son had a fall on the 15th November in the bathroom. He slipped and fell and his 2 front tooth chipped. He is very afraid of dentist and it was a challenge for me. Shuban loves her so much. The rest of the staff there are very professional very focused and knew what the Dr needs. At the clinic there is a small corner for young kids , TV with Netflix and a pantry for coffee and tea. My insurance claims came in within a week simply because the efficiency from the Dr and staff in all necessary requirements needed from forms to be filled in , itemised bills , Xray and summary reports by the Insurance company. The pricing is also very reasonable eventhough located in TTDI .Overall my son and I were so satisfied with the overall service and i must say Dr Prisila is a very sweet person anyone doesn't matter age or race will surely love her.
I've visited several dental clinics over the years here in KL, and by far, Fresh Smile Dental Clinic would be my go to dental clinic led by Dr. Prisila and her friendly and accommodating staff. u would need to make an appointment, which is good so that you don't have to wait long , however if there is a slot earlier during the day, her staff would inform you of the availability ( not many clinic does this ), if you could come any earlier. The premise is very clean, comfortable and kids friendly too. Price wise is also very affordable. I'd undoubtfully recommend here to any new person, friends or families.
Doc and staff are really friendly and they do their best to make u comfortable. Before any procedure, they will also walk you through what they will be doing. Super clean and hygienic as well. Highly recommended.

x procedure and she was able to resolve it in good time and with minimal discomfort. Her charges are also very reasonable. I have similarly recommended this clinic to my family and collegeaus and they too have been very happy with the treatment received. My children are now receiving orthdontic treatment at this clinic. I must say that she is very good time children. I am not one to write reviews but I am one happy client and this sort of good service must be shared.
My experience with Dr Prisila and her team has been pretty amazing! She puts you at ease by taking time to explain her treatment plan and to answer questions. She is meticulous and extremely gentle in her approach. Highly recommended especially for those who fear trips to the dentist!
Dr Prisi is my go-to dentist. Always diligent, gentle and thorough in her checks, with top notch bedside manners. She is also supported by a team of friendly nurses. Definitely one of the better dental clinics around town!

Dr Prisila is very thorough, friendly, and patient in her checkup and explanations. She is smooth and reassuring with kids too (brought my 3 y.o there) which is a big plus point as trips to the dentist can be a daunting process. Would definitely recommend her to anyone, adults and kids alike!
