I don't know if this may be related to the fact that it was an appointment through health insurance, but communication was limited. There was no detailed prior explanation about the procedure to be performed and, at the end, I was only informed that I was free to go, without any further instructions. On the other hand, the clinic has a receptive and polite team, and the environment is quite pleasant, which contributes positively to the patient experience.
